  If you are using Free version and your Maximum search Impressions are reached for a month the only way for is to upgrade it to a paid version or wait for the beginning of the next month. If you are using paid version you can upgrade to a higher version or you can buy additional impressions through your admin control Panel.
  
  
• Can I upgrade or downgrade My Subscription. What happens to the remaining Amount Balance in such a case ?  Back to questions
  
  You can always upgrade your Subscription to Php Zip Code Locator Software through the options provided in your admin control Panel. When you upgrade, the balance remaining is adjusted against the payment required for the upgraded version. For example you paid $120 for 1 year bronze subscriptions on 1st Jan, 2006. After Six Months, on 1st July,2006 You upgrade to silver and for example the price of silver is $180 for a period of 1 year. The new subscription price is $120 ($180 - $60 remaining of bronze usage). And your upgraded Silver subscription ends on 1st July, 2007.
  
  However, You can not downgrade your subscription. If you dont renew your subscription before the expiry it will be converted to Free version and if you have more than 50 listings.. only first 50 listings stays and the rest will be deleted.

  No. Your website visitors will never leave your site when they search for the locations. They will have the experience like they are doing it on your website only. There are no Iframes as well. So the Visitors are always on your website.

  USA and Canada Zipcodes are Supported for the zipcode radius (miles) is supported. However, If you have locations in any other countries you may still use php zip code locator software for those locations but the viewer will not be able to search by radius within zipcode.

  No. On 1st Day of every month your account will be charged with maximum number of impressions based on your subscription type. If there is a balance of the impressions at the end of the month they will not be carried over to the next month.

  Renewal is very simple. Login to you Account. Click the Renew link located at top message box on home page to pay through paypal and done.

  The periodical charges are because this is a hosted solution so there are recurring expenses for us as well. Further being a hosted solution we are able to provide free upgrades all the time.   Well, free version works straight away but you need to make sure that the software is installed on the same domain which is entered on php zip code locator admin panel.
